2. Secure payment processing
Payments are processed securely through trusted providers such as Shopify Payments and Stripe. All data is protected with SSL encryption, so your details are handled securely and confidentially. We never store your full card details.
3. Currency
Prices are shown and charged in your local currency: GBP (£) in the United Kingdom, AUD (A$) in Australia and USD ($) in the United States. UK and Australian prices include VAT/GST. For US orders, any applicable sales tax is shown at checkout before you pay.
4. Refunds
Refunds are processed in line with our Refund & Returns Policy and returned to your original payment method in the currency you paid in. It may take a few business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.
5. Payment issues and chargebacks
If you experience a payment error or any other problem, please contact us straight away at service@hostyk.com so we can resolve it quickly. We kindly ask that you contact us before opening a chargeback with your bank.
